About me

Hello, I'm Claudia, a qualified transpersonal Psychotherapist based in Bounds Green, London. Specialising in individual and couples therapy, my approach is founded on warmth, authenticity, and a keen focus on interpersonal relationships.

I utilise Terry Real's Relational Life Therapy (RLT) framework in my couples therapy practice, offering structured yet empathetic guidance to help you achieve a balanced, healthier relationship. I am particularly interested in the role that interpersonal connections play in overall well-being.

A good relationship can serve as a cornerstone for a fulfilling, happier life, and I specialise in addressing challenges that hinder such connections, including codependency, attachment styles, and love addiction. In addition to my broad client base, I possess specific expertise in serving individuals from creative and academic backgrounds, such as those in the fields of fashion, music, media, and academia.

If you're facing relational challenges or simply seeking to enhance the quality of your interpersonal relationships, I am here to provide expert, tailored support. Let's explore how we can build a better emotional future together.
